Welcome

Multiple times a day I find myself using the phrase, "I will email you ___." But sometimes my good intentions end up getting delayed and it can be a few days before I get the email sent out.

And then, just like this beautiful sunburst illuminating Lake Michigan, I had an epiphany:

" Why am I sending the same content over and over again?! If I posted it on my website my client families will be able to access to it whenever they want."

So here we are...

I have made categories for the main topics I explore in therapy. Under each category you will find blog posts providing various resources. Typically I also have a file at the bottom of the post where you can download the information covered in the blog.
