I encourage reading through them yourself first and deciding which ones are appropriate for your child. Remember: it's no harm trying them and seeing which ones your child likes-they might surprise you!
Helpful Tip: It is easiest to begin the practice of guided meditation when the child is calm and relaxed and once they have developed a routine and enjoyment for meditation, then you can try implementing this when they are experiencing big emotions.
